SUNSET SUNDOWNER RIVER DRIVE
This is a very popular choice amongst Incentive organizers on the arrival night, before any work is done, or after a brief afternoon session.  Begin the conference with a breakaway in an open vehicle to Lionspruit, the nearby game reserve where the lions roam.  Continue down a scenic route along Crocodile river until you reach a point where you can climb out of the vehicle and watch the game and birds sipping their last drink of the day.  Elephants are often seen crossing the river at this point and crocodiles bask in the sun. Colleagues enjoy relaxing sundowners together while listening to the evening sounds as the flaming sun melts into night. A 4 course Boma dinner around a sparling fire awaits them back at the lodge.

GENERAL TEAM BUILDING
For the orientation programme, small groups of up to 9 people are formed, each with their own ranger. The groups are dropped off with their rangers in different areas in the bush and guests are given a rough map and field guide.
A list of certain duties must be tackled as best as possible without the help of the rangers and the first group to make it back to the destination point with the most correct answers is seen as the winning group.

This programme is very habitat orientated and there is much to be learned. Small groups working together can help to identify natural leaders and will help with understanding characters and how others you work with think and reason. Day and night courses can be arranged and all are conducted in the bush.

“INTER-VEHICLE” COMPETITION
We suggest a bird or mammal competition on one of the game drives. Our checklists include a score next to each bird/animal variety. Each vehicle is given a “scored’ check-list which they must complete during the drive. Each animal must be seen by at least two people, including the ranger. At the end of the day, the score cards are handed in and prizes are given to the guests in the team that obtained the maximum score. This is a great way of building camaraderie and encouraging team work.

SAFARI TRACKING

Each open vehicle carries adventurers to a destination.  Vehicle A then tracks Vehicle B, using clues given along the way.  Vehicle A is timed, but when he finds Vehicle B, the tracking is handed over to Vehicle B.  They then find Vehicle A.  This is a fun excercise and leads to team work, laughter and ... suspense!

CULTURAL TRADITIONAL DANCERS & CHOIR
A group of Swazi dancers & entertainers will travel to Royal Kruger Lodge to perform for the guests in the Boma. Their harmony is moving. We suggest this takes place at the around the boma fire at dinner time.

ROOM “DROPS”
Besides the safari gift from Royal Kruger Lodge, should the organizing company wish to reward delegates further, the Royal Kruger staff can arrange a special African gift for each delegate with the turn-downs each evening,(while guests are on game drive or enjoying dinner. A variety of local goods are available, including jewellery, clothing, hats, books, dvds etc. We will gladly consult with the organizers in terms of which of the items are most suited to the profiles of the attendees.
