Rates:
Accommoation rates are based on a per person sharing basis, inclusive of bed, breakfast, light lunch and 4 course Boma dinner.
A ZAR 200 single supplement is applicable.
Children under 12 years sharing with adults are charged at 50% of adult rate.
Children under 2 are free.
Rates are inclusive of VAT.
50% booking deposit is required to confirm reservations and the balance is payable on or before arrival.
Safari rates quoted are inclusive of park entrance and conservations fees.

General Policies:
Guests are required to sign the guest register on arrival.
Additional nights / activities and tailor made packages can be booked.
Every effort will be made by Royal Kruger Lodge to accommodate changes due to the weather. 
Activity and meal times are approximate and may be altered at the discretion of the lodge. 
Activity event times or days may be alternated at the discretion of the lodge.
No refunds are applicable to meals or activities not taken unless specifically cancelled by the lodge.
Reservations cancelled more that two months prior to arrival will attract a full refund less 5% administration fee.
Reservations cancelled within one month of arrival date will attract a 50% refund.
No refunds are applicable to cancellations made within one week of arrival date.

Children / Family Policy:
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate children, Royal Kruger Lodge reserves the right to provide alternative meal arrangements for children.
Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on open vehicle game drives in the Kruger National Park.  Alternative transport may be pre-arranged on request.
Children under 16 years must always be accompanied by an adult on Royal Kruger Lodge Activities
Children's menus are available on request.

Conference & Exclusivity:
While we will endeavor to accommodate any suggestions made by the organisers of a group in terms of activities or functions, it must be remembered that Royal Kruger Lodge is primarily situated in a location that specialises in the preservation of the environment.

Rates will be quoted separately once the client requriements have been ascertained.
